I love this quarter-page zine, and not just because it quotes lyrics from one of my favorite Neil Young songs ("One of These Days" - Harvest Moon - 1992). Sarti has compiled a self-help guide for the "...punks, nerds, and malcontents" aka anyone living outside of traditional social norms. As an introvert struggling to adjust in a new town, the exercises and coping strategies described here really resonated with me—topics like paying attention to your health, setting boundaries, recuperating, being creative, and solo exploration. I can see why "Shit's Fucked" is the all-time bestselling zine at Antiquated Future. For those with a tendency to get stuck in a negativity rut, Sarti's advice that "...you can feel good if you decide to feel good" might just be the first step to a happier existence.
