Fear No Lift was a one-night installation featuring 322 found poems inside of a working elevator at the Masonic Lodge in Mankato, Minnesota. The installation was part of Starving Artist at the Temple, a benefit for Twin Rivers Council for the Arts (September 22, 2017).

The 300+ poems were all visual blackout poems sourced from Betsy-Tacy books, a series written by Maud Hart Lovelace in the 1940s based on her childhood in Mankato. The installation was curated by Erin Dorney and Tyler Barton of FEAR NO LIT and produced by writers in the MFA program at Minnesota State University, Mankato & friends.
